Get a Quick Workout Before You Go To Bed

One way to think of exercise is every minute you spend doing it inches you that much closer to reaching your goals. In other words, everything helps – even little bits at a time. One time everyone has a free five minutes is right before bed. Try getting in a quick mini workout using your bed. First try for 3 sets of 20 fast sit-ups. Work on alternating your elbows to knees in the last two sets. On the first set, go straight ahead. For your next exercise, go for 3 sets of 12 touch squats. Depending on how high your bed is off the ground, you may need to use a chair. All you need to do is come down, touch your butt to the bed or chair and then come right up for one squat. Last, go …
